Original sales invoices.

Original sales invoices/receipts must accompany any returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
Returns and exchanges on regularly stocked items can be processed within 30 days from invoice date; 30% restock charge may apply.
No returns or exchanges for items that are on clearance, discontinued, final sale, custom made, opened, damaged, or otherwise specified.
Returns and exchanges of non-stocked item will varies depending on the policy of the supplier.

Processing fee.

You may return most items purchased from us for a partial refund within 30 days from purchase date. All returns are subject to a 20% processing fee. All returns must accompanied by an RMA or RGA and be in resalable condition and received within 14 business days from authorized return date. You can obtain an RMA or RGA by contacting customer service at + 1 905 991 9931

Receiving Damages

B.D’s in-house delivery services are to the garage or loading dock only. It is the duty of the buyer to maintain products to manufacturer specified requirements. Please refer to product maintenance page of our website for more information. All items listed above are deemed to be the property of the seller until the balance is paid in full. It is the responsibility of buyer to verify the materials picked up/delivered matches the description, size, grade and volume of the actual order.
